JENNIFER KOSAR

For 25 years, Jenn has provided both external audit and consulting services to clients across the financial services spectrum, from the largest global banks and insurance companies to regional banks, hedge funds, and financial utilities and service providers. Over that time, she has helped these organizations deal with a range of issues, including fundamental shifts in financial reporting and auditor requirements, assessing internal controls through crisis events, and unprecedented regulatory change. Her clients value her experience as well as her ability to lead them through change by confidently navigating the unexpected issues that can surface along the way. In addition, Jenn has worked with clients on their responses to their customer’s vendor risk management requirements through Trust and Transparency Services. When clients need to report to their customers and stakeholders on their processes and internal controls, she advises them on their reporting options (SOC1, SOC2, and other emerging service offerings).

Currently, Jenn is working with clients in the Financial Services sector to respond to evolving stakeholder expectations on Environmental, Social, and Governance considerations in their strategy. In this work, Jenn draws on over 20 years of experience helping clients identify and respond to the inherent risks presented by strategic business decisions, transformative changes in operations, new forms of reporting to internal or external stakeholders, or reputational and regulatory pressures -- all the elements companies are dealing with as they consider the risks and opportunities that ESG might create.
